Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. If the deposit/payment has not been made within 24 hours after confirmation, the date will be available for other clients. ✅ Please be informed that no deposit will be refunded upon cancellation by the client. ✅ Change of date and time is not allowed. If the client wishes to change, a new deposit payment must be made, subject to the makeup artist’s availability. The old deposit will be considered forfeited. ✅ In special cases such as COVID-19 or natural disasters, the client can change the date based on the makeup artist’s availability. ✅ The remaining payment must be settled 24 hours before the event or within 24 hours after the event. ✅ All pictures taken can be used for promotional purposes with full consent from the client. If the client disagrees, they must inform the makeup artist. ✅ If there are any issues with the makeup results: • The client is encouraged to directly consult with the makeup artist within 24 hours to resolve any concerns. • The client agrees not to share or publish dissatisfaction publicly or on social media before consulting the makeup artist to raise a dispute. • Open and professional communication is encouraged to address any issues respectfully. Kalau deposit tak dibayar dalam masa 24 jam selepas confirm, tarikh akan dibuka untuk client lain. ✅ Harap maklum, deposit tak akan dikembalikan kalau client sendiri yang batalkan. ✅ Tukar tarikh atau masa tak dibenarkan. Kalau nak tukar, perlu buat deposit baru, tertakluk pada availability MUA. Deposit lama akan dianggap burn. ✅ Kalau ada situasi khas macam COVID-19 atau bencana alam, client boleh tukar tarikh ikut availability MUA. ✅ Baki bayaran mesti dijelaskan 24 jam sebelum event atau dalam masa 24 jam lepas event. ✅ Semua gambar yang diambil boleh digunakan untuk tujuan promosi. Kalau tak setuju, sila maklumkan kepada MUA. ✅ Jika ada sebarang masalah dengan hasil makeup: • Client digalakkan terus berbincang dengan MUA dalam masa 24 jam untuk mencari penyelesaian bersama. • Client setuju untuk tidak berkongsi atau memviralkan perkara tersebut di media sosial tanpa berbincang dulu d
